Tech support depends on your subscription. For subscription based plans tech support is free as long as you are subscribed

Yes, You can upgrade or downgrade after the expiration of you annual plan. You can not downgrade your plan before the expiration date.

As long as you are subscribed or have an active subscription we will maintain the site for you. including upgrades for your point of sale, website, Medical health record, HR managment system and other apps included in your subscription.

SMART POS is an online / offline app. It will work with internet and even with out internet

1 subscription plan is to 1 cash register. So if you want to avail 2 cash registers you need to subscribe to 2 plans

Real time notification will only work on subscription plans and not on One Time Payment Packages

Very impossible po na expensive yung POS namin dahil meron po kaming comparison of price and capability of all POS providers sa aming proposal na sinend / isesend po namin sa inyo, makikita nyo po doon na kami na po ang lowest price in the market and pinaka maraming functionalities.

We also checked and compared our prices and capabilities po and clearly mas maganda pa din po ang Smart POS by Mayaritech. If you check the capability ng mga POS po sa Lazada / Shopee, marami po ang kulang dyan and very very basic lang po ang capabilities. If you check po yung features, it indicates a lot of potential problems. Example po, it doesn't work on certain platforms, no kitchen view, no pin for users, no reports. Walang notification, hindi pwede sa microsoft, hindi pwede sa android, may bugs and glitches. If you check the reviews, the buyers themselves ang magsasabi na marami kulang. And you have to subscribe din to a monthly plan to get the full features or yung premium plan nila.
